Send your friend our way. Give them our number, share this page, or point them to the Discuss My Case form — just ask them to mention you referred them.

2. We help them

Our whole-of-market advisers take care of their mortgage — from first conversation through to completion, with the same specialist care we gave you.

3. You both get £100

Once your friend’s mortgage completes, you’ll each receive a £100 Love2Shop voucher from us as a thank you. No caps on how many friends you refer.

How the reward works

A few simple terms keep things fair for everyone.

Both the referring client and the referred friend receive a £100 Love2Shop voucher.

The voucher is issued once the referred friend’s mortgage completes with Mortgage321.

Mortgage referrals only — protection, insurance and general enquiries are not eligible.

The referred friend must be a new Mortgage321 client (not an existing or returning client within 12 months).

Mortgage321 reserves the right to withdraw or amend this scheme at any time.

One voucher per completed mortgage, regardless of joint applicants.

How do I refer a friend?

Simply tell your friend to mention your name when they first get in touch, or share our Discuss My Case page and ask them to name you as their referrer. There’s nothing to fill in on your side.

When do we get the vouchers?

Vouchers are issued once your friend’s mortgage completes with Mortgage321 — typically shortly after their completion date. We’ll contact you using the details we hold on file.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

No. You’ll receive a £100 voucher for every friend whose mortgage completes. Refer as many as you like.

What if my friend is already a Mortgage321 client?

The scheme is for new clients only. A friend who has used Mortgage321 within the last 12 months would not be eligible for the referral reward.
